Kevin Kesterson is originally from Fort Dodge, Iowa. Kevin began in the appraisal industry in 2001 and opened the Kesterson Realty & Appraisal office in West Des Moines in 2005. Kevin is continuously receiving specialist training on the latest techniques for appraising to increase his knowledge and skills as a certified appraiser. Kevin owns several rental properties under his business Kesterson Real Estate Services.
Kevin's focus is appraising residential property in the Des Moines metro and surrounding counties. Kevin works with several banks, management companies, mortgage companies, and local attorney's. Kevin is a real estate broker and licensed to sell real estate in the State of Iowa with a focus on consulting and sales.
Kevin is married and has three children and resides in West Des Moines, Iowa. We look forward to serving your appraisal needs!
